I was a first time homebuyer and I could not have asked for a better real estate agent! I found Tiffany on Facebook after trying to find an agent who had experience with first time homebuyer’s programs in Tennessee. After connecting with her, she hit the ground running and 2 days later, we were on our way to numerous showing. She was very professional and drove the conversation with other agents, which took a lot of stress off of me. After our set of showing, I decided to put in an offer on a home and she had it submitted by the next morning. She also is a great negotiator and has her client’s best interest in mind! Tiffany is the absolute best!! I have bought and sold numerous houses, often sight unseen as a military member who is constantly unavailable. Tiffany made the process so simple, so easy, and so GOOD. it was actually *fun* to work with her - the whole time, the whole process, through it all. She knows everything and everyone, all the ways to make things go smoothly…any question we had she already knew the answers several layers deep.
